General Questions

The Builders Conference is designed to train and equip pastors and church leaders. Any member of your church staff or team is welcome to attend. This is an in-person only event.

While families are important to us, this is an adults-only conference. Because we are trying to create a distraction-free environment for all attendees, we do not allow children of any age to attend the conference, and we are unable to make exceptions. 

Thank you for understanding that your Builders Conference Registration may not be transferred to a future date and is non-refundable. In the event you are not able to make it, you are able to transfer a ticket to another member of your team.

Breakouts are focused workshops in between main stage sessions designed to equip and resource you in specific areas such as operations, experience, ministries, and more.

**Please note breakouts are limited capacity. Conference registration does not guarantee a breakout seat will be available.**

The registration fee covers your admission to all 3 days of the conference. It also includes access the conference breakout sessions and meals. 

We encourage you to register as soon as possible so that we can plan accordingly for your experience.

You will receive your lanyard at the registration table during the conference. 

Registration Doors open 1 hour prior to Session 1. We recommend getting in line early.

Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport

If you don’t have a car, we recommend an Uber or Lyft to get around the city. Uber and Lyft services are popular throughout the area and tend to be lower than taxi prices. 

The Builders Conference attendees are welcome to stay at whatever hotel they choose in the DMV area. Our featured hotels are based on proximity and price.
