Hey, I am Stephen Chandler...
Senior Pastor, author, and leader. I started my leadership journey at 23 years old. I was young, single, and had a God-sized dream. I wanted to help my community find the hope of Christ and connect to their God-given purpose.
As incredible as that dream was, I didn’t have the wisdom and strategy to execute it without being burnt out. I know exactly what it feels like to launch with hope and quickly be hit with the painstaking realities of building a thriving church. Met with obstacle after obstacle and with stagnant growth (we were 400 people for 4 years), I knew there was another level of success that could be unlocked. I found great mentors who helped me create my secret sauce; systems and people development.
Today, my church (Union Church) has become a transformative ministry with multiple locations in Maryland and North Carolina, serving thousands of families.

The Builders Intensive Roundtables offers pastors and their spouses an intimate setting in which they will receive life-changing rest, training, and development. This curated experience is rich in connection opportunities and addresses important topics such as leadership, organizational systems and development, healthy pastoral rhythms, finances, family, and more. There will also be opportunities for rest and recreation. Whether you enjoy golf, spa treatments, or amazing food there will be something for you.
